Shipping Policy

Orders within the United States and Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS.

International orders may be shipped via USPS International, DHL, FedEx, or another carrier selected at our discretion based on the destination and available shipping services.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and package weight.

Please allow 7–12 business days for order processing and packaging. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier transit times.

Please verify that all shipping information is correct before submitting your order.

La Vivid Store is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

In the event of a lost package, customers may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier when applicable.
