Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. However, we encourage you to contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
